1. Services
I offer animal communication, intuitive insight, and related healing or support sessions. Sessions may take place via Zoom, telephone, email, or other agreed formats. All sessions are offered in good faith and with respect for both animals and their humans.


2. Booking & Payment
Payment is required at least 48 hours in advance to secure your booking unless otherwise agreed. Session fees may change over time and will be confirmed at the time of booking.


3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations may result in loss of the session fee. Genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances are understood.


4. No Guarantees
Animal communication and intuitive work are deeply personal experiences and outcomes may vary. No guarantees are given regarding behavioural, emotional, physical, or other outcomes following a session.


5. Veterinary & Medical Disclaimer
Animal communication, intuitive insight, and healing work are complementary practices and are not a substitute for professional veterinary, medical, psychological, or legal advice. Clients are always responsible for seeking appropriate professional care where needed.


6. Client Responsibility
Clients remain fully responsible for decisions made regarding themselves, their animals, and any actions taken following a session. I reserve the right to decline or discontinue work if I feel it is outside the appropriate scope of practice or not in the best interests of those involved.


7. Respectful Communication
Respectful communication is expected at all times. Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal or termination of services.


8. Privacy
